Toronto Condo Building Common Area Restoration- Party Room

Whether it’s the party room, outdoor patio, corridors, or front lobby, renovating common rooms in a Toronto condominium can raise the value of the building and increase tenant pleasure. For this specific project, we worked along with the building’s property management firm to rebuild and remodel a few select locations. It was difficult to work that called both contractual expertise and project management expertise in order to ensure effective communication and coordination with the tenants as they went about their everyday lives. Throughout the repair and restoration process, we spoke often with the residents and the property management.
